How I Started:
Personal back injury while playing golf (I'm 25). I realized that my body is deteriorating from bad habits, and no activity. I signed up at the local gym as soon as I recovered.
Why I Love It:
Before I used to wake up a half hour before work, and get to work feeling groggy and tired all day. Now I can get up 2 hours before work, get an entire workout in, and feel great before my day even really starts. It's amazing how much this changes ethic and attitude during your day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated through the 4 friends who joined just before me at the gym. They're in there every time I am, if not they get made fun of for it for the next week. That brutal shit talking can keep you seriously motivated. LOL.
