Reason: I needed a boost in my energy before I headed to the gym. I don't really care for the tingly feeling but it goes away in about an hour. It does give me some good energy... SciVation's products are awesome.

Reason: I needed a fat burner and the other ones I took such as Lypolyze didn't work for me. We'll see how it goes. I first took 2 pills early morning and I felt like that was too much for me to handle. I started to take 1 pill in the AM and another in the PM. Hope it surpresses my appetite.
