How I Started:
I've always been active throughout high school but I really didn't know anything about proper nutrition. I've started to really focus on my nutrition and learning how to build muscle so I could transform my body.
Why I Love It:
It just makes you feel so sexy and makes everything else in your life a lot better. You feel happier and confident with your body. Other things start to fall into place because of your positive energy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well, it gets hard to stay motivated for a long period of time. But this website really helps out... I look at other females' transformations and that really inspires me. I appreciate their input and that keeps me motivated.

Goal (Long):
I want to tranform my body to a body I have never had. A lot of muscle definition and minimum amount of fat! I want to be the leanest I've ever been in my life.
Her transformation is amazing! I love how she has such a great sense of humor and she's absolutely gorgeous. She's determined and not full of herself. Love her attitude!

I did chest hard this morning! Tonight is a quick quad workout. Then tomorrow is back, biceps, and hams . . . then cardio on the jump rope. Kick butt in your workout tonight!!
