Hey I was and still am a huge fan of sugar, beer, and bread. So I had to cut out sugar completely which sucked but has worked, I only do carbs(only wheat or whole grain) in the morning or afternoon but never for dinner(in moderation), and I cut out beer completely. I do however drink water with vodka which sounds gross but it quite good with a lemon. Let me know if you need anythings else. Good luck to you and your girl! Sharlene
