Well I generally do Full body workouts everytime...so I always start by warming up and stretching for 1-2 mintues...then i do legs
1) 3 X 10 about Squats...the king of all leg exercises...no further explanation
2) 3 X 12 dumbbell split squats- hold a dumbbell in each hand with one leg a...
Hey what's up! Those are called Jefferson squats and they work quite well if you can find the right position and grip that feels good for you. It works for some people and others would rather go with more conventional methods. If you try it out in your leg routine let me know how it works for you! Good luck to you on reaching all your goals. Dropped you a friend request.
Hi Smiley!! I'm so sorry you're not feeling well :( Drink lots of hot tea with honey. Help soothe the throat. Try not to train now because it will prolong your recovery. Better to take the time now to get well and hit the weights later with even more gusto, right? Training on this end is well! Just working on kicking as much booty as possible. I love take downs :D
Super Grover was THE MAN!!! But my all time favorite was Cookie Monster. I'm just like him when I see a plate of freshly made cookies....AAAARGHGHHGHH (cookie monster sounds, lol).
That would be insane if I were to debut on the UFC...fighting Carano no less :D But like I always say, one step at a time. Since you confessed a secret, I will say one of mine: I love watching Sesame Street just to feel good and relax :P Kiddish, yes. Immature of me, probably. But I finally get a chance to not worry about life. And to me, that defies age.

LOL. You're hilarious. Good job on cooking your own meals! I have some great recipes for just about anything so let me know if you need any new ones :) Two-a-days a brutal. But so worth it. Just remember to factor in recovery!!
I'm so glad you're able to still do your thing. It's always so sad when someone we love leaves us, but we must remember that there is more to life than just our physical bodies. We will keep living, just not in the same way we were before. You don't have to thank me for being a good friend. That's what friends are suppose to be anyway! :) Hows the training coming along by the way???
I pray your family is ok Smiley. What happened if you don't mind me asking? As far as the shoot is concerned, don't worry about it. If this is something you were meant to do, you will have many more opportunities in front of you. Your journey has just begun! And not to sound cheesy but I must quote good ol' Dr. Seuss, "Oh the places you'll go!" LOL!! :D
You know, I can't remember where I heard that quote, but when I did, I knew it made sense. We always want what we don't have as our desires are constantly changing. But this is partly because of restless souls searching for the peace and love it requires. For some, a lifetime isn't enough time to figure out what they want and that's a shame. A bit of Friday zen for ya ;)
I've heard of Nuwear. They're pretty new on the scene. But yes, they do serve an "alternative" lifestyle...
I say go for it because it could open so many other doors for you. But as always, don't do anything you're not comfortable doing, especially when it comes to modeling. If you're not comfortable, the pictures will show. I have every confidence in you!!!
you'll find out soon enough that the asvab doesn't mean much. and more than 1/2 the enlisted people i know have an air force tat!!! you'll proly get one in tech!
