Well I generally do Full body workouts everytime...so I always start by warming up and stretching for 1-2 mintues...then i do legs
1) 3 X 10 about Squats...the king of all leg exercises...no further explanation

My dear friend! Good to hear from you. Thanksgiving was amazing. I ate like a starved lineman...and kept eating throughout the whole weekend, but thankfully didn't gain any weight. guess my body needed the calories to recover. how was yours??? i hope you feasted. I just came from the mall with a much needed dose of retail therapy. good times :)
Hi ya! How are ya? Well, how often you in Orlando? Glad the video was informative. Posting another next week. Making it a frequent thing. Ahhhh, those werent books. Well, some were. A lot were thick binders, and full file folders, cabinets etc. Not my area anyway:)
Squats? Do 100. Walking lunges? Do 100. Hard as hell, but one can see the difference every single workout! Of course you can barely move the next day, but so what? It's worth it!
