How I Started:
I always loved working out and lifting weights, and always thought bodybuilders looked amazing. I never really did much about it till last august 2008, when I decided i wanted to build a great body, since then I started really looking into bodybuilding trainning and nutrition, and found myself falling more inlove with the sport.
Why I Love It:
I think bodybuilders look great and I love seeing by body change and develop, I also love going to the gym and lifting heavy weights. Very manly, Haha
How I Stay Motivated:
seeing the changes in my body and seeing that i'm getting stronger every week
BB Accomplishments:
none so far, i am thinking of competing in 2010. this is not a BB accomplishment as such but probably that I can bench press 100kg 6/7 times
I want to look like a pro bodybuilder and get really big drug free! Would like to have a body like Jay Cutler or Dexter Jackson - Will takes years to get there, but we all have to start somewhere!
LOL i'll swap u for my legs! Doing superset with squats and lunges, 'single leg' leg press, seated leg press, hack squats, dead lifts, leg extension, hamstring curls and calf raises.. found sets of 15 beefed my legs up so doing more of a cardio based routine with 4 sets of 25! I'll feel it tomorro!
Thank you man - I had to get my self to the point competing was ALL i was thinking of .. then could get the body ready...Now i am hooked and working on bring up weak areas.
