Saint Stephens High Attended 2001 to 2005 Hickory, North Carolina United States
When I Started:
Nov, 2002
How I Started:
I started weight training with the football team my freshman year of high school after getting fed up over how skinny I was, then got a gym membership soon after that.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding is my absolute favorite sport & hobby, the greatest motivation in my life & number one passion. I love it because to me, it's the greatest sport in the world because it challenges you not only physically in the gym but mentally most of all, because it teaches you discipline, determination, patience, and through your training and diet it motivates you to be the best you can possibly be, in every area of your life and not just in the gym or on stage.
How I Stay Motivated:
Competing keeps me motivated because I know I have to push myself to improve my physique and to get in contest shape. Motivation is not a problem for me as long as I'm improving and seeing results. If I'm not, then that challenge to improve also keeps me motivated.
BB Accomplishments:
I've competed 8 times and I've managed to significantly improve my physique every time, as well as my placing.

Bench: 350 lbs.
Squat: 600 lbs.
Deadlift: 550 lbs.
Total: 1500 lbs.
My goal is to keep training, improving, and competing.
Goal (Long):
All I want out of my training is to keep improving my physique so I can continue competing, and hopefully improve my placing every year. I'd rather not make specific goals like getting first place at such and such competition because I have no control over who shows up and what they look like. What I have control over is how I look, and how much I improve, and that's all I can do and hope for.
You're inspirational because of your dedication and hard work from such a young age, and have kept pushing yourself until you reach every goal you set for yourself, keep it up!

I constantly change my training program, sometimes I'll train all muscle groups once a week for a few weeks, then train them all twice a week for the next few weeks. If you stick to the same...

If you can really bench 350, deadlift a supposed 550, and squat 600+ why not post a video or at least a picture of you doing so?
Prove it!!!
Hello Morrison,

Great progress from 17-22. Imagine what you're going to be like when you hit 30... and then 40. :) Stick with it, and I promise you, you'll have that physique for a VERY long time. In just 8 years I'll be 50 years old and I can't wait to see how I look then. :)
Very impressive. You have come a long way since that first competition. Your abs are great and your legs are stacked, your repping us young fellas very well on bb.com
WOW! I just looked at your progress over the years. You have come SO SO SO FAR! Every year there were massive improvements in certain places. Good job and congrats!! :-)
Congratulations on your achievements and thanks for offering insight into the dedication and mental preparation it requires to make your dreams a reality. Best of luck with all your future goals!
