Background

When I Started: May 2009
HOW I STARTED:

Started working at a lumber yard, and really enjoyed the lifting and physical aspect. So I decided to drop smoking ciggerettes and take on building up my body full-time.

WHY I LOVE IT:

I just love the look/performance of my body as my bodybuilding progresses.

I take this to gain weight, because of its high caloric counts, and high amino acid profile.
Sounds like a very good recovery product , along with BCAA's for growth and recovery of course.So far seems to work like a charm.

Things are only getting better and better. Upgraded my weight bench last week or so and has really been paying off. With the walk-in squat/ detachable bench feature, its really helping wit the workouts. I think its getting a lil obsessive considering the past few mornings ive been waking up and my first thought of the day is what muscle group im going to work out , and eating an insane amount of cals. I love bodybuilding.
