This was taken when I was at my stongest with a healthy back and shoulders. My lifts were much better (e.g. deadlift 385 x 6, squat 275 x 25, bench 245 x 10).
Eased up on the calories a bit...can't tell much in these photos but my waist was getting too big too quick and I'm not in a position to purchase a new wardrobe for a winter bulk. So cals are being maintained b/w 3,500 to 4,000 and I'll see if I can make some gains like this.
Thanks. I still have a ways to go. Been sick with bronchitis this week. Trying to heal up before 11/01. Gotta get my wind for my gains cycle. Goal is 195 with no added body fat.
thank's man.. nah I dont have any pics since the surgery... look there are a million types of shoulder injuries, mine was kinda messed up cause i kept working it even when it was injured, get the MRI and the doctor should tell u the bottom line... hopefully u'll be ok soon...
haha thanks! really? Well, I wish I was in Canada right now.. I love Montreal though, my family lives there and I love how clean and organized everything is there lol... I still don't have a sixpack but I will diet hard until my birthday and try dieting harder for a small cute Halloween outfit lol... I did get a bit more volume on my legs though, so I'm happy =)
You're right, no Ibiza with kiddies, Costa de Sol was enough--they got to see topless sunbathers, a few prostitutes & a host of other characters (LOL). Kinda like NYC except the beach is better:)
