I have taught aerobics and been weight lifting off and on since freshman year in high school. I have taught boot camps off and on but I have decided to make a 100% commitment to changing my body.
Why I Love It:
I love the way that weight lifting not olnly changes your body but your mind as well in fact a healthly lifestyle changes the quality of your entire life! A good workout session at the gym always makes me feel great!
How I Stay Motivated:
I am joining bodybuilding.comto stay motivated! I have known about this site for a while but I finnaly decided to commit to myself and join, I am so excited to network with other people in the body building.com network. I also have a few photo shoots for my company lined up that I want to be in looking fit!

Goal (Long):
I am doing a complete diet overhaul,. The workout portion has always worked out well for me it is the diet that ruins my efforts every time. My main goal is to become 100% devoted to a clean diet! :) I want to see how much I can transform my body. My goal is to be a before and after story on bb.com :)I am gving myself 3 months to get in top shape.

Aeyyyyyyyyyyyy Im good as well! Just dealing with the heat man kinda hot out this way lol. Trying to get this exam outta the way soon so all I have to do is take a cpr class when I get back stateside and then get certified.
My training is good, I fell off a bit when I went back home for 2 weeks but Im back at it now. So u teach a Bootcamp? Thats pretty rockn.. so what I gotta do to get trained, I wanna look good in my 2 piece LOL.
