dude..staying healthy here is almost impossible...its like that for everyone here...the military girls and guys are sick about 2-3 times in a 6 month period...its ridiculous

Man leg day was pretty intense..last set killed me...however I was supposed to do legs yesterday and i wasnt able cuz of this damn cold. Serge was the epitome of what bodybuilding is...back when it was about symmetry and proportions...and not these mass monsters with 40 inch waists.

First Ill say, do what works best for you. There are many theories and opinions on this very popular question. In my opinion, either works fine. I would just be mindful that if you work squats after your cardio, your legs may be weaker and you could cause yourself some injury...bottom line, do what works best for you!

Dude thanks for the inspiration add man...it feels good to know that I can be an inspiration to someone...youre young dude, the world is yours...you can do and be whoever you want to be...only person standing in your way is you! 200 lbs by summer...its all yours man!

Thank you for the comment and pic comment, in reference to your pic comment, the same can easily be said about you :) To your comment, I know what you mean...people like to knock others down in an attempt to make themselves feel better about themselves; there are soo many insecure people in this world that think that if they point out someone else's "flaws" or "faults" then it will take the focus off of theirs. Those are the people that have trouble sleeping at night.

I could def live in Hawaii...and never move...that is my ideal climate...just have to go to colorado once a year for a few weeks to get my boarding fix lol Yes be jealous, FL is awesome...its like Cali but without all the hype and drama lol

Hey man well I am only a contractor now and dont have it nearly as bad as the military personnel, but I did serve for ten years and for that you are welcome, and no sir, that is not corny...there are many soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines that love to hear that...so dont ever think your thanking somone for keeping you safe and providing you with freedom is corny man! Keep up the hard work!

I just state the obvious hun :) But yeah getting even better is a daily thing for me, Im always trying to be better than yesterday...its the only way to be :) I dont miss the Springs at all, do you?

so yes lifting heavier weights will give u more size. If u go heavy, listen 2 your body-go 2 failure-dont worry about an exact rep rang-they are just guidelines-however i suspect you will be between a 4-6 rep range if your going heavy enough

Ok lets look at it like this. lifting heavy does what? Breaks down our muscle fibers-it also does what? Makes us stronger. Being stronger allows us to-lift heavier weights and in return causes us 2 break down even more muscle fibers-hence when they repair themselves(providing you are getting the right amount of nutrients, etc) they get larger and stronger...
