Tried 295 for ten sets of 6 but only got 7 sets....DAMN COLD!!!! My breathing was all jacked up...I hate not being 100 percent!!!

285 for ten sets of 6 with minute rest between...slowly creeping towards 315...legs are jello...speaking of, that sounds good right now!

Currently training legs 2xs a week! Did 265, 10 sets of 6 today! Hell yeah baby! Thursday will go for 275 for 60 reps as well!!! GROW BABY!!

LEG DAY AGAIN! thats right I train them 2xs a week. Going up 10 pounds each trainin session..should be squatting 315 10x6 again sooon!!!

Leg day...uuugh squats sucked, I struggled with 295 for 6...back is just not 100 percent yet...walking lunges w 135 kicked my butt!!!

Blasted chest on Saturday!!! 90's for 12, 110 for 8, and 120 lb DBs for 5 reps on incline bench!!! ROAR!!!

Well legs n back will obviously take time 2 heal, but everything else is comng back...was able to rep 85's on shoulder press yestrday!!!

First week back and I feel great! Back is holding up nicely, granted Ive gone pretty light, but no issues so far...SWEEET!!!
