How I Started:
I was always athletic but never had any size to me. I remember going to the gym and being one of the smallest guys in there at the time and struggling with 135 on the flat bench. I luckily made friends with a guy who had the biggest arms ever and he took me under his wing and taught me all about working out, proper form and how to maximize my potential. I honestly wanted to be that guy on the beach that the guys wanted to be, and the girls wanted to be with. Obviously after ten years of lifting thats all changed...I dont work out for anyone other than myself and I can care less what people think of me, as long as Im comfortable and confident with myself, then thats all that matters...
Why I Love It:
I love the PUMP, I love the confidence that comes with looking good, I like helping people and if I look the part then they seem to take me so much more serious!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by turning all the negative comments into positive motivation. There will always be the "haters" who talk smack because they dont have the determintation or will power to make the effort to look half as good as you do. Instead of making me angry in a negative way, I use that anger and turn it into a form of motivation.
I also have to mention that I log onto bodybuilding.com and it gives me that "excited feeling" that I had when I was just a youngster and started playing with a few weights. I had lost the feeling for a little while and I want to thank EACH and EVERYONE of you on here for bringing that it back to me!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
BB Accomplishments:
I am not on here to brag or to promote myself...however I would like to say that the biggest accomplishment for me wasn't really an accomplishment but a comment from one, 8-time MR. OLYMPIA, LEE HANEY,while I was walking past his booth at the Arnold classic a few years back. He looked at me when I passed his booth, and said " Young man you have got some great tris" and I could barely even say thank you because my heart was pounding soo hard!!!

WOW...I just read your profile and I have to say that you are one very courageous individual! To go through what you have gone through and still remain positive and push yourself harder every day is remarkable. I am adding you to my inspiration list because I have to be honest, I am not sure that I am as strong as you. Whey is great but not that ideal for taking right before bed...since it is quickly used by your muscles, i opt for casein protein right before bed. It takes longer to break down and I wake up not nearly as hungry as when I only take whey. yeah, dumbbells feel a lot more comfortable for me...whats your split like? mines currently mon-legs, tues-chest, weds-back, thurs-should, fri-arms, sat-abs....not too sure if i need to have a break or rest day inbetween there. I feel fine, but ive been definitely reallly really sore. On my bulk so heavy compound lifting (deads, squats, etc) really tear me up

Well, I'm impressed. Both by your results and your wise comments. I'm starting to learn also that it's not necessarily only about your weight, but what you do with it. Sculpting right?
thanks for your response man, appreciate it....yeah i just started my bulk, and i havent found a set schedule that i really like. incline DB press, dips, and cable flies have been my bread and butter...after that i just thrown in a couple of barbell presses....Do you think bb press is better for mass on a bulk then db?...and as far as decline goes i get a lot of mixed responses from people (i love doin em though cause you can throw up so much weight :p)
Oh hell yeah, my dad's former Air Force as well and I went in a flight simulator in H.S. and that thing was INTENSE. I wanted to be a pilot but my vision is screwed. But hey, infantry and m.i. were the next best thing for me.
lol ur not a juggie! haha! that's not what i meant & u know it! i don't have much of a chest but i can damn sure make them bounce from flexing! lol well, just make sure to rub down with some oil first!hah
