Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Was injured doing deadlifts, back, hip, and leg were put out of alignment.. It is an injury that can come back on occasion, longest I was out was for 4 months because of it... I used R.I.C.E and Advil/Celebrex for inflammation. Was injured doing deadlifts, back, hip, and leg were put out of alignment.. Going to start using the Hardcore Bodybuilding: A Scientific Approach by Frederick C Hatfield, Ph.D. Will be starting this new routine on Monday July 9, 2007. Hope to see some good results over the next 3 months.
I think your gonna do really well. You look a lot better.conditioned at your off season weight this year. When you bring it down this year you'll be tighter and leaner. With your size and in peak conditiob you'll be hard to beat
I'm well, I believe were friends on facebook, we have mutual friends from back in the day. It’s great to see your working hard. Hope you have a great Christmas
Thanks Aaron, I've got a friend that is a WNBF pro that is absolutely peeled, and I want to get close to that condition. So I gotta go easy on the Chrismas dinner lol
check this out.. I was featured athlete today in Floridas Major online Bodybuilding Magazine. http://www.bodybuildingfitness figure. com/profiles/dan_eslinger.html
Training has been amazing brotha! Damn you look like a whole new person; incredible transformation. I would ask how everything is on your end but your physique can explain that LOL lookin sharp brotha!!
Sup bro, training is going well. I'm really moving some weight now, deadlift is up to 500lbs for a few reps, squats up to 405. Bench still sucks, but i'm good. day 2 of dieting and it sucks. 2500 cals.
Im doing good sorry it took a month to get back to you lol... Im getting ready to start a 10 week transformation challenge, how everything going for you bro?
Good to know that i'm not the only one who has trouble with this stuff. I'll give it a week then see if I react differently to it.
Mmmmm... I'm SO not the competitive type, but I am a performer. I think the first step is to be competitive with myself, and gain momentum that way. I also have to re-evaluate my ability since having back surgery. I'll see where I am in a year, and if I have the dedication to try it. Then maybe I'll think about it.
Training is going well. I'm still eating and growing. I've got a show in June so I won't start cutting down for another couple of months. How is training going for you? Do you know when your next show is?
