How I Started:
I've been working out off-and-on since High-School. I've always loved it, and just started again after a long break while living overseas.
Why I Love It:
It literally makes me feel great. I love running and active sports, so I have to be in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
I motivate myself, but I get help from my music and healthy competition from co-workers. Also, each time I look in the mirror and I look better than before, I get hyped. Of course, as happens often with people who work out, I also see areas that can use improvement.

Getting ready to start a new bulking cycle.
Still jumping out of airplanes, which ROX!
I'm going to have to be strict in my regime since I've gained a bit of body fat back while training for the past 6 months.
My running is fine and I'm getting closer to my 11+ min 2-mile. I'm going to need...
