I want to look like a Beast... stay MartialArt fit but increase muscular mass.
Goal (Long):
Areas I would most particularly like to increase mass:middle deltoids,biceps,triceps,back and calfs... Stay MartialArt fit but increase muscular mass. I have to represent for my Native-Americain People! ;)
I have to say that for the first time in many years of workingout I feel like giving up... I was on four different legal supplements for 2-3 months and I was growing so fast! The results where great! But I had to stop for two months while I was on some hardcore Army "cardio" training...
You have to remember roids are very dangerous. Do your homework champ. If Thats what you want go for it. Ive done roids off and on for years. it works. You just have to be ready to deal with the side effects.are you?
Hey Moogly looking great Just concentrate on basic like bench press squat and bent over row and chin dips and flyes.Strive for 8-10 reps and add a little as 5 pounds each set and do only 3-4 sets each and work out body part only 2 times per week.this work for me and im super natural bodybuilder anf this routine only work for natural builder and keep up the good work and let me know of your progress see ya
