trixienola I change it up sprints, speed walking, lil running all on my treadmill (my beast my fav in the home gym) but I do have a stationary bike and an eliptical I need to start mixing it up on. I do 30-60 mins on it, on leg days I only do 10-15 mins before to warm up, I'd rather wear them out in the gym with the iron ya know? Apr 23, 2012 4:55pm
