I've always played basketball so with me being small lifting weights helped me take a lot of punishment and keep on moving on the court. As I got older I was tired of still looking like I had a little boy phsique lol and really got into the aspects sculpturing, and Fitness & Health. The more I continued to learn, educate myself, and see results the more I loved it. To be Physically Fit, and Healthy. Now I just want to be an Educator of the sport, be a Sports Trainer, and hopefully soon do Some Competitions.
Why I Love It:
It relaxes the mind. Also the ability to sculpt my body in the way that I want it to look. I enjoy just being healthy, feeling good, and looking good. Looking out of the ordinary. Different than average and lets not forget the attention and compliments especially in the summertime when its not hidden by a lot of cloths lol.
How I Stay Motivated:
My 1st Lady Motivates me with her Love and Support, also my co workers and friends who always compliment me and make me the person to come to for advice. It makes me stay on my A game. I also stay motivated by just striving to be the best and not settling for the middle and saying thats good enough. Just telling myself I can always improve
BB Accomplishments:
Just my Progress as of now, but hopefully I will have competed for the first time spring of next year and I want to do good, not just be up there to say I stepped on stage. So I got a lot of work cause its some beast out there lol.
More of my motivation, but she pushes me to be my best and always right there to keep pushin me when it seems im ready to just stop and be lazy. My #1 Support!!
I'm new at this Blogging but wanted to try it. I'm deployed and just worked another day in 115 degree heat. Wanted to work legs to day but felt I shouldn't because I stayed on them all day. This was also another terrible day for consistancy in my diet and food intake as well because I may...
It Switches Every Week, but My first few(2) excersices mostly consist 2 warm up sets followed by 4 Sets. Reps Vary from 15 to 4. Just remember to keep your muscles guessing because if your doing the same thing over and over your body may seem to stop growing.
You are BUSY. I will keep you in prayer that you are guided by Godly wisdom in the choices you have to make. Congrats on the baby girl. What a blessing! Stay on course man.
Cory, how are things going for you man. Continue keeping that body lean. As for me, school is no joke but I am doing well. It's challenging at times but I am studying diligently. God bless you and keep you safe man.
Sorry I got back to you so late...I agree with you on Mr. Olympia. I also feel Dexter should have come into the show more lean, but he still looked great. Keep training hard! Have a great week.
