What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Not havin the correct form.. I had to be worked with alot when I started doin dead lifts for not keepin my back straight.. Apprantely you can get pretty messed up liftin like that without the proper f...more

I seen some nasty "Squats gone wrong kinda deals" so I'ma go with that.. Cuz any time yer insides come out yer butthole aint never a good thing..
