What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Not havin the correct form.. I had to be worked with alot when I started doin dead lifts for not keepin my back straight.. Apprantely you can get pretty messed up liftin like that without the proper form.. Not havin the correct form.. What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
I seen some nasty "Squats gone wrong kinda deals" so I'ma go with that.. Cuz any time yer insides come out yer butthole aint never a good thing..
