AWSOME! Hurts so gooooood! I'm back on track. Life threw me a few curve balls, and you know how it goes- but my abs are starting to come in again, and I've committed myself to the lifestyle all over again. Got rid of the toxic in my life, and i'm embracing my health and fitness once again. I'm baaack!! lol. My legs still hurt from LAST WEEKS workout. I've got some work to do.
