Wanted to look good for my first spring break trip. Haven't stopped since then.
Why I Love It:

Lower chest needs development. Would like to add serious size to my chest. Would like to add size on entire upper body (I'm happy with my legs, they are good size) without adding to much body fat. I have always had a problem getting the abs to stick out.
It's very hard to say but I think whey has the most benefits due to it's proper balance of amino acids. I used to only supplement with whey, and with my busy schedule I had a lot of it. I got much better results when I started using a combo of whey, soy, milk, egg and meat protein. As a secondary protein I would say egg is the best. A little soy is good too. So my work schedule is really conflicting with my workouts. I am waking up at 4:30am to be at work by 6:30 (45 min drive). I usually get home around 3-5:30pm.

No problem man. And actually I do have a couple questions. I'm having problems with building up my left bicep, it's an inch smaller than my right. And I think I'm hitting a plateau with my chest. Any tips?

haha true that. Its tiring lol. But it serves its purpose--more pump, vascularity. My chest has gotten bigger from the routine, but I've lost some weight from not eating enough lol.

Right, right. Thats really close to what I've been doing lately man. You ever heard of the "Lactic Acid build Up" routine? I kinda based my routine off of that.
