I was sick of being fat so I stopped eating fast food, drinking pop, and eating junk food. I started running. At fist a block, then walking for 20 minutes, then 2 or 3 blocks, then I got up to 3 miles non stop. I dropped from 220 to 185 and I've maintained that weight for some months.
Why I Love It:
It energizes me, gives me confidence, and puts me to sleep at night.
How I Stay Motivated:
I read various forums on the Internet and read a lot of articles.
BB Accomplishments:
No body BUILDING accomplishments. However, I did drop about 25 pounds fairly easy and start on a nice muscle base.
