I was 138lbs at age 18 at 4'11. I looked a mess & felt disusting. My brother was preparing for his 1st comp. & we were exercising together. I worked at Curves at the same time & really became motivated to loose the weight. The more I read fitness magazines & saw how gorgeous the women looked, I realized that's exactly what I want to do. Now, i train 4x a week w. my trainer. I plan to compete & do some fitness modeling.
Why I Love It:
I LOVE to see the changes in my body. I love how i feel. I feel great, tremendously energetic. Plus, I love the challenge & dedication needed.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by reading a lot of articles on fitness. When I think about cheating, or im feeling sluggish the 1st thing i tend to do is look at some pix of fitness models & that DEF always works. My main support & motivation comes from my trainer.
BB Accomplishments:
None at the moment. Shooting for the Atlantic City ProAM Competition in September and ProTan Model Search.

All of my life I was surrounded by the gym, working out, diets, and supplements because of my brothers. Going to shows & to see the final outcome was just amazing. The women were gorgeous. I want to compete & do some fitness modeling as well. I want to have those tight abs, hams & quads toned, no body fat!
YEAH, I HEAR YOU! BUT YOU CANT GIVE UP. AND YOUR NOT GONNA HAVE A POSITIVE OUT LOOK ALL THE TIME. JUST KEEP GOING. THATS WHAT I WAS GOING THRU LAST WEEK.
