I was bound and determined to loose weight and be healthy. I wanted to play sports.
Why I Love It:
I love the endurance it gives me. I love how I feel before and after a workout. All day I feel great.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love to work out, I thrive for the sweat. I see changes every week that keeps me going, I feel wonderful. I want to be on stage.
