When I Started:
How I Started: I have been very active in sports my whole life. I started training w/ weights as a teenager to develope my upper body. I was involved in ballet, gymnastics, track and volleyball throughout highschool, so my legs were much more developed than my upper body. I wanted my body to be more balanced. So i started lifting w/ my brothers as a teenager;)
Why I Love It: Fitness is a way of life for me. I love the feeling of being fit and keeping myself healthy from the inside out.
How I Stay Motivated: It's up to me to take care of the one body I have been given. This is enough to motivate me to live a healthy lifestyle :)
