You have inspired since I started doing bodybuilding. I think you have the best physique in the sport. Thinking of switching over to figure instead of bodybuilding. Any suggestions as to how I can revamp my body. I think I have too much muscle for figure.
Hi Monica, first of all I have to say that you inspired me since I was about 18 years old ('98) so I look up to all you have done. I have competed in figure, but want to switch to fitness. I, like you, have no formal gymnastics training and am learning it all now. I would love some advice and tips from you. Starting out at 29 is a challenge but I will do my best. knowing you did and won doing something that was learnt in your adult life spurs me on further - thank you!
Absolutely! I have always admired your physique, as well as your dedication to the bb/figure/fitness culture. Your FEM camps have always interested me and I hope to attend one some time soon!!
