Hey, I just created my first blog called "Degrees of Muscular Definition". I think you'll find it a very information read. Let me know what you think about it too. Thanks, Tom
You looked incredible at the Olympia I sat in the front row and to me you looked the best:) I am a huge fan!! You are one of the few remaining TRULY muscular figure girls!!! I had a rough year competing was told I was too hard to soften it up DEPRESSING:( keep looking fantastic!
Thank you to everyone for their continued support and kindness. Time permits me from personally responding to everyone, but I will certainly do my best. xxoo ~Mo
Hi, your pictures look great. I've always been concerned about aging well and I recently saw something on Dr. Oz by an adience member about exercises for the 57 face muscles called facercise. I noticed that some runner and bodybuilder have great bodies but their faces look older. Dr. Oz didn't know much about it but the topic has been on the BBC and other new shows. Have you heard anything about how well it works? I think I'm gonna try anyway.
