My daughter turned one on August 30th and i've been disgusted with the fact that my body has changed so much. I have this horrifying belly fat thing going on and will do whatever it takes to get my abs back!
Why I Love It:
I don't love working out, i'm not going to lie. I would rather be doing just about anything else...but i need to workout so i suck it up and do it.
How I Stay Motivated:
It's probably not a good thing but i compare myself to others' life is a competition and i aim to win. I've also just started working with a trainer and i'm hoping that she helps motivate me as well.
BB Accomplishments:
I have no bodybuilding accomplishments. I'm currently average, with 18.6% body fat and about 122 pounds wearing a size 4. i've always wanted to compete as a figure model but i don't know if i've got what it takes.

yuck, scary isn't it??
8 weeks into the challenge, only two more weeks to go. really started cleaning up my eating but my workouts were sporadic due to personal challenges.
congraduations statring. Thare are many days, about 76% of the time, when I do not realy like it eather. But the days I like it,like the day I benched 350, i realy LIKE IT!! Most days I just think "You don't have to like it you just have to do it!" Keep at it!
