How I Started:
Played football in college, then for a semi pro team in Albany. I was also weightlifting heavily in college, UAlbany, I majored in Sec Ed. and graduated with a BA in Physical Ed and NYS teachers Cert for high school students.
Why I Love It:
It allows me to stay disciplined and in being a firefighter I have no fear in what I can and cannot do on the fireground. Retreat is not an option. Also allows me to move things on a scene that normally takes two people to do.
As a personal trainer I feel great in helping others achieve thier goals and making them feel good about that acomplishment, and not quitting after that.
How I Stay Motivated:
I do have a family and wife it motivates me to live longer to see them go through life. To see results is awesome too. As a firefighter I am called to help ventilate or to overhaul.

Goal (Long):
I want to lose about 15 to 20 lbs in body fat and gain about 15lbs in muscle. I do grow quickly without supplements. I want the abs to look like they did in college, the arms that destroy like a wrecking ball, and legs to withstand the pain of a severe fire attack. To sum it up... the most fearless firefighter this state has ever seen. Don't believe me? Step in front of this fire monster.
Hey Guys, I finally have the new pics posted. I had the worse time getting them on here, holy crap!!! The only thing I see has really changed are my legs, let me know if you see differently. I'm going back to my egg whites and chicken now.

Thats awesome man you ran track. With a 49 second 400m time your 200m time was def. lower than 25 secs. Im working on cutting my 400m time down too. Looking for ~51ish by next December. Keep up the hard work man.
