you're right, I do need to update it but I look pretty much exctly the same but not as tan :( I want to post a face pic but I've posted wayyyy too much incriminating **** in the past that I can't have anyone see irl lol. And I have been posting for the last 3 or so months almost every day! I get bored at work so I need something for my entertainment, since you are unable to meet me in the lunch room every Tuesday at 6 for extracurricural activities ;)

I know I got this new job a few months ago that has been taking up my time and all i do after is come home and go to the gym and then go to bed. I will make my best effort to post more on the misc for the sole purpose of making fun of you and torturing you. You'll be so tortured that you'll end up buying a plane ticket to new york to try to get revenge, even though we both know youll get the money shot instead ;)

I dont know all that much about it to tell you the truth. I like carbs too much to want to give them up like that. I'm sure it works for a lot of people though. I just choose to follow a different program so I can enjoy carbs

my protein sources are grilled chicken breast, whey protein, eggs, sliced turkey, and occasionaly a lean steak. my carb sources are oats, brown rice, and whole wheat bagels. my healthy fat sources are natural peanut butter, egg yolks, fish oil liquid, and flax oil liquid

cardio everyday is overkill. I did that before and lost too much muscle from all the activity and calories burnes. Youre better off eating less and doing less cardio. And yes, eating meat instead of a casein shake before bed is perfectly fine. It's really just as good. the slow-digesting thing is overrated

I dont really target them. I just train abs twice per week (superset 2 things and then another two things for 12 total sets) and lift 4 days per week and make sure my diet is right. i also do cardio 3 times per week

I do my cardio 2-3 times per week first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I have a treadmill in my building so I do 25 minutes at 3.5mph and 9.0 incline. I then run up 15 flights of stairs to my apartment and hop two steps at a time. I do this like twice a week and play basketball for an hour once a week. i also lift 4 days per week

yea I've used them a lot when cutting. Recreate probably gave me the most success and Lean Xtreme is good too if I need a change. otherwise, I've only tried samples and discontinued ones

depends but I would go with recreate. It is a semi-stim and works really well with fat loss. lean xtreme is good too but I have had better success with recreate to be honest. What I would suggest is to start with recreate and go through a bottle, then switch to lean xtreme for a month. this way your body wont get used to one thing and the fat loss is less likely to stop

yo i know i am a month late with this reply but i havent checked my bodyspace in a while. I lost tons of fat using usp labs recreate. there are zero sides and it doesnt affect your sleep at night at all, as long as you dont take it before least 6 hours before bed. i recommend it. no acne for me at all

thanks for the compliments buddy. dry socket is when the side of your mouth where the wisdom tooth was removed starts to feel sore like it hurts. It's not a big deal at all though. I just went back to the oral surgeon and he put some gel thing in my mouth and it was all gone in like 2 days after. just dont work out within 5 days after getting them yanked out. thats where i made my mistake

you too, youre looking pretty diesel. lean xtreme is very good with fat loss as it isnt a stim so it just does the job and you dont even notice. I recommend it if you are looking for a non-stim
