Full body Tuesdays

Upper Thursday

Abs:

Monday and Wednesday pre-Spinning dedicated 30 minutes to abs (trying to figure out how to exhaust abs faster)

I don't use anything else, and never plan on using anything else. Maybe I'm losing out on getting better/faster results from not supplementing... but I sleep better at night knowing my results are my own.

DUTY3 Get Your GUNS UP!!! I bet you will see a lot of non-coog gear around WAZZU football this season. As for workouts, summer is tough. I am generally in and out of the gym in 20 to 30 minutes. I must take advantage of the early mornings in the field. That means when I get home in the evenings it is time with family then bed. etrotter001 Workouts are going well! I see more thickness in my arms and shoulders although I'm really looking to get my abs to pop. Sometimes, they look good to me but other times no. I can only do some much with my diet cuz I'm not disciplined enough. Life is a struggle, lol. Jun 13, 2012 6:48pm
