I want to gain mucle mass and mantain a strong healthy body. I want to use this so others can see that a fit healthy life style is beeter than eating pies, drinking beer and doing nothing. I would like to be more dominating and have the body to back the mind. Gaining mass around my thighs, gluts, and chest are my main priorites at the moment. Im not totaly sure of a good weight for me but im looking at hitting 75kg by 2010.

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Workout log. helps me compare last workout with my current workout to try and improve a little in a paticular exercise or rep range etc

Yeap. Happy to take 2day off. 10th day in a row at work with 1 more to go b4 a 3day weekend. Its a tough cycle work, eat, train, sleep. Some days have been hard to hit the gym. Not hitting any PR atm but still pumping the Iron.

I live and work on a dairy farm. 5am starts and around 5pm finish....

Yeah, that's what happend when I got to like 84kgs.. I just COULDN'T add, and when I tried eating more.. It just came out the other end lmfao. If this happens again, I'm gonna try to diet for 2 weeks and then go back to bulking, see if that makes a difference

Thanks Aron. A bit of both mate lol! Dirty bulking! I am now trying to be as clean as possible for another 2-3 years to see what mass I can get.. Bloody slow, but when it comes down to ripping up, it will be worth it ;) I won't have to go all out cardio to make up for it lol. How's your training mate.

Good work man, your progress pic looks pretty impressive... I'll let you know how the Sp250 goes I start it on monday, I'm taking it with sizeon at the same time though so it might not be a fair comparison to blackpowder...

hey bro, i just got some superpump that I am going to stack with sizeon. It says to take the superpump on non training days as well as training days, do you do this with it? or just when you train?

Hey man, 1 serve is 20grams, the tub I got is 800g so 40 servings. There is also a 1.5kg tub as well though I believe. It is pricey, in aus tho I found it for about 5c a serv more than super pump 250...

Hey man, buying it from online is $85 for 800grams.... the stuff I got though is called blackpowder - is $109... but was recomended to me by this guy http://bodyspace.bodybuilding. com/Stryka/ he's just a hard worker - doesnt take many supps and doesnt get free supps he reckons blackpowder is the best thing he's had... Looking forward to smashing up my chest tomorrow...
