How I Started:
I got started after my third child in Feb 2000. I was almost 200 lbs and I hated the way I looked and felt. Once I started working out I knew I could always get my body back.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling strong, in control of my body, and a sense of accomplishment.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated to be a good example for my children. I want them to be healthy and happy with their self.I also want to be a super hott mom!

I have struggled my whole life with my weight and self esteem issues. It has really affected my quality of life and now it has to stop. I am going to change my body and my life! I am going to be fit , healthy, and truly happy with myself from the inside out. I am going to transform my body! I cant keep losing and gaining it has to stay off!

I am leaving to hawaii on June 1st. I have one month to get some serious results. I am happy so far with my progress but I still have to get the abs tight and legs toned more. I can hit my goal of 135 if I can lose about two pounds a week which is resonable. I want to look amazing on the beach...
