How I Started:
I started working out after baby#2 and lost 20 pounds. After baby#3, 2 years ago, I have kinda hit a platue and need to loose 10 pounds and tone up. My husband is totally into lifting and eating clean, so he kind of encouraged me to get on track again.
Why I Love It:
Working out makes me feel good physically and emotionally... it gives me energy to chase my boys around.
How I Stay Motivated:
That is a tough one... I guess by just looking in the mirror or putting on my clothes.. if I feel bloated or my clothes are tight I hit the gym.

My goal is to lose body fat so my muscles can pop!!!
Goal (Long):
I have never really been "toned". When I met my huband I was 119 lbs. and in a size 5. I am 137lbs after 3 babies and want to lose 10lbs. I want to be able to wear a bikini, which I have never felt comfortable doing. Most of my weight is in my midsection. I do have muscle tone since starting working out a year and a half ago but there is so much fat that people can't really tell that I have muscles.

Wow i can't believe its been a year since my last post. I had some medical stuff this last year and I think I gave myself the ok to use it as an excuse to stop working so hard on my diet and exercise. But this last week I just happened to glance at the weight on my drivers license and freaked...

Doing good. I've been focusing a lot on my nutrition more than working out. It's like I can't do both. lol But I am trying to get back into working out more. So how did everything go with your surgery? I haven't been on here in forever, so I am behind on everybody.

Oh that sucks! I hope everything goes good with the surgery. I'll keep you in my prayers. My training is taking a break as well. Somehow I messed up my shoulder. Take care of yourself and please keep me posted on how you're doing!
