Haha! Yeah, I'm still having trouble figuring everything out. I'm gonna try a 3 low, 1 high, 3 medium carb cycle for a while and see how that works. I've kind of hit a plateau with my lifts too. Gonna try some new workouts and see how that goes. I've basically taken the last 5 weeks off. Time to start over :-)

Absolutely enjoying break! I mean, as much as I can. This one is always too short with the holidays thrown in. March and October are my favorite vacations!!

Don't you bull**** me! I really didn't have any personal goals at the time. Now I have a goal (thanks to Christmas fudge!) and a new timeframe (March 15th). I still have no life. My New Year's is going to look like me on the floor with a pizza watching any number of Pixar flicks! LOL

Glad to hear you're feeling better! It seems like you're only well for a while before you get sick again this year. I'm trying to get back into a routine after taking a week off of everything to celebrate my birthday. It's really hard to go from eating pizza and Mexican to oatmeal again!!!

Well, I'm doing dinner and a movie with a guy I'm seeing tomorrow, dinner and margaritas with my friends on Friday, and a family gathering on Sunday. I've got long hours ahead as the holidays approach. It gets crazy busy at school during this time!

Hey! Thanks for checking on me. Actually, I feel fine about it. It's happened over the past 3 weeks, so it's not a sudden thing. I don't look any different and I feel much better. When I cut to get down to 150 I start feeling like crap and very sluggish. I need some weight to keep me going. How have you been?

Well, I always do them on the elliptical or the AMT machine, never on the treadmill. My knees can't do that either.
