This was taken a few days before I gave birth. Lucky me- I was only in labor for 5hrs and pushed for 20min. where the average time is 24hrs and 2 hrs- Go Baby Go!

I just recommited myself to working out 4 days of lifting and cardio. I've been doing it for about 2 weeks. I feel stronger, but I have a lot of work to do yet to get my tummy where I want it.

I took this one on accident, but I think it's pretty cool. My right arm is a lot stronger than my left. I need more single dumbell work to correct it.
