Hey Hun- they have been great-I've actually skipped the gym this month, but have been working out with Jillian Michaels (shreded dvd) and she is hard core. Did you get that top from Amercorobi & Fitch cuz I think I have the same one...so, what have you been up to?

Snow boarding sounds so fun! I've always wanted to do it, but just haven't- maybe after my guad heals... (we just got 7in of snow and it looks so beautiful outside!) How did the Keto go? -Momi

Hey girl how's your weekend? Last week I did this wicked circit class and loved it! but on friday I twisted my knee and tore my right quad. Hubby and I still went to the gym sat. I just worked on arms and back- I just dont want this injury to keep me down. take care -Momi

Hey girl how are you? I did this amazingly hard circit class that killed my legs (I loved it) but Friday I twisted my knee wrong and pulled my quad so now I have a brace on and am hobbling everywhere. I'm kind of upset bc now my training will be down, but sat. hubby and me worked on arms and back- just a minor speedbump -Momi

Hey how are you doing? Thank you so much for the advise- I did it for a couple of days and felt great, but I fell of the wagon yesterday- I just felt defeated- so today I told myself no more negitive thoughts-I CAN do it.( I had 3 Exams yesterday and it left me drained) Thanks for sticking with me!! take care -Momi

Thanks amysuds for all of the advice and support! Sometimes it seems like I work so hard and then I don't really see any results. But regardless, I'm staying determined!
