How I Started:
I have always loved sports and was active, but I was what you called "average" when it came to physique. So after a long struggle with on again off again dieting, I decided I was ready to hit-it-hard and improve my life for good and get the body I always dreamed of!!
Why I Love It:
I feel empowered after lifting. It gives me a sence of accomplishment. And after 2 hours at the gym I can take a big breath and know that I did my best to change my future and the lifestyle of my family=)
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing I can do better keeps me motivated. After getting married and having our first baby, working out is a way for my husband and me to stay connected-plus he is so sexy when he sweats! (Beef, it's what Momi's having for dinner...lol)
BB Accomplishments:
After I gave birth I lost all the baby weight plus some! 35lbs total!!!

This was taken a few days before I gave birth. Lucky me- I was only in labor for 5hrs and pushed for 20min. where the average time is 24hrs and 2 hrs- Go Baby Go!

Goal (Long):
My goal is to transform my post pregnancy body from fat central to muscle city. I want lean,thin, muscular arms and legs that I don't need to flex to see my muscles. And I want a stomach to die for -you know-the sexy six pack-. I also want to lean and lengthen my upper and lower back and give my booty a firm lift. I want to better my life for me, my husband, and my daughter by creating healthy lifestyles.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
First of all, I know it needs to be done and the longer I wait to do it, the guiltier I feel; so I knock it out pronto. Hey everyone, Good news- my husband has lost 24lbs! He is thrilled, and all he talks about is sporting his abs next summer! Go Baby! just watch out girls-he's takenĀ lol
Hey!!! I haven't logged onto Bodybuilding in awhile!!! I've had a busy summer, just having fun really, but still training hard, I actually managed to maintain the leanness. I balanced out my "not so clean" weekends with my spick and span clean weekdays and it worked! haha, how have you been?
Hey!!! Thanks! Yeah I was cuttings ince March, kindda took a few weeks off during June tho, partied/lived a little, but didn't like the way I was feeling after so I went back to cutting :) I've lost a bit more fat since my last update, feeling good :) How have you been?
I heard her workouts are hard. I have been in the gym cardio and hitting the weights hard. Going to focus on cardio, abs, legs for the next 2 wks I hurt my right deltoid. Happy Training :) Amber

Thanks girl! I started pole dancing in June and I LOVE it! I tried a class just to try something new and was instantly hooked! If there's a pole dancing studio in your area I strongly suggest you give it a shot. It's a really good workout, so much more fun then an elliptical or treadmill. Not only that, but it improves your flexibility & strength, there's so many positives to it. Try it if you can, you'll be in for a pleasant surprise! How have you been lately?
