I am proof there isnt a *set point*....and it can only get better :D
I want to be strong, with hard muscular definition..
All of my life I have been self concious about the way i looked..Nutrition and Fitness was not something emphasized in my family. Somehow, as a young adult, I realized it was important on my own...I rode my bike, swam, and did some aerobics.
As an adult, my weight yo-yo'd mostly...getting up to 185#. last year i made up my mind that at 35 y.o I had to do something before it was too late..so i followed through on my new years resolution and started dieting.. and now..here i am...this year my goal is to loose the rest of the weight and get my body into shape..a strong shapely muscular body..
I have not posted in this blog for quite some time now...but I have been working my way along my 1st and last journey down the figure competitor road....I say *last* , not because i did badly...I actually placed first in my class...
I really dont know where to begin with this...other than...
I just dropped by to say hi and to wish you all the best for the Christmas season. Keep up your hard work and stay strong. I look forward to seeing and hearing about your continuing success.
