* Dip Machine: 3 x 10
* Skullcrushers: 3 x 20
* Cardio: 30 Minutes
Day 2: Back & Biceps
* Bent Over Barbell Rows: 5 x 15
* Seated Cable Rows: 3 x 10
* Lat Pulldowns: 3 x 15
* EZ-Bar Curls: 4 x 20
* Alternating Dumbbell Curls: 4 x 5-10 (Drop Set)
* Cardio: 30 Minutes
Day 3: Chest & Triceps
* Triceps Kickbacks: 3 x 15
* Skullcrushers: 3 x 12-15
* French Curls: 4 x 5-10 (Drop Set)
* Incline Dumbbell Press: 4 x 10 (Drop Set)
* Decline Flyes: 3 x 15
* Cardio: 30 Minutes
Day 4: Back & Biceps
* Bent Over Barbell Rows: 5 x 15
* One-Arm Dumbbell Rows: 3 x 15
* Lat Pulldowns: 3 x 15
* EZ-Bar Curls: 4 x 15
* One-Arm Preacher Curl: 4 x 15
