I want to lose 10% bodyfat and gain muscle as much as i can by summertime.
Goal (Long):
All my life i have wanted to have a body i could be proud of. so now i have decided to be serious and head to the gym to succeed with my goal. i want to lose as much bodyfat i can and gain as much muscle i can within about a year. i also want to have a six pack sadly right now i have a beer belly but soon it will change. i want to drop my bodyfat to 12% right now its at 25.5%

k u can protein intake high ,at same time low carbs & don't take any complex carbs , before wrokout u can take NO- XPLODE for more vascularity & reduce fat in every set ,u can take fat burner , whey protein too before workout & after workout u take whey also.thx.
Hey bro, thanks! All I can say is diet, weight lifting and cardio! Worked great for me! No supplements for now,..first too broke, second, at my weight, don't really need one! I would suggest to do some reading in the nutrition and supplements section! Keep at it and keep me posted!
