amaral5 Yeah that injury just won't go away completely, still a little sore, but I'm doing a heavier routine (5x5) this week & it hasn't really bothered me. Glad to hear things OK, but just going thru the motions? Maybe you need to change things up? Just concerned, bro, you've got an awesome build, don't want you to lose your motivation. Take care, man.
