What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Im doing a balanced diet, with lean meats and wheat only products.
Usually my meals are
5AM 2 scoop Protien Drink
9AM 2 Egg whites with one real egg, and some type of chicken/turkey meat in it.
11AM Trukey on wheat sub
3 PM Maybe a can of tuna, or a chicken sausage for a snack.
5PM Basicly Chicken/Turkey breast, Trukey Thighs, Fish, wheat noodles/rice.
9PM Depending on hunger a single scoop protein drink. More often then not I dont need this.Im doing a balanced diet, with lean meats and wheat only products.
