How I Started:
Because i broke my hand and still my right hand is broken there is a steal inside of it like a plate, and i had a back problem. i start in Jeddah without anyone workingout with me
Why I Love It:
because i feel much stronger when i lift, sinece i was a kid i love fighting and wrestling, i always dreemed to be like the size of the rock.
How I Stay Motivated:
by thinking that the gym is my second house and because i love being bigger and stronger, i can't study or do anything if i didn't workout

i want to big as the rock espeically the arms i want batista body i know it's hard, but i will try to get it, i need to get my abs back i got it know but because i am doing mass it's start to gone :( , i want my right hand to be strong as my lift hand and by the i am lift handed person.

well now i am bulking up
i started kinda lean at 180 and now i am 195
it is been 4 month since i started
and i am trying to do it in the right way
that means no fast food no bad carbs

decided to focus entirely on cutting fat to get super ripped and tight with low bf% and maintain my current mass. hardcore cardio running swimming etc 6 days a week with bodyweight routines to maintain mass 3 days a week. do you think with a clean diet this schedule will get me from 14% bf to 6-8% over time ? After I get bf down I will look at bulking
i am trying to drop down bf% to 8% (I am at 14.5 now. I want to get down to 160 lbs I am 155 now. basically get really ripped and lean then bulk up later
hey bro how are ya? I am good . I had to take time off to recuperate but I am back in the gym , treadmill and pool this week . still pushing for 8-10% bf and ripped!
