How I Started:
Everybody used to call me skinny all the time and I hated it. I started exercising and even though I lost some weight, everyone though I had gained weight lol.
Why I Love It:
I hate being/feeling Fat... more importantly... I hate not looking and feeling like I'm in shape. i have an image to re-acquire and maintain.
How I Stay Motivated:
Liking to be in shape, feeling powerful and attractive, and fear of being fat.
BB Accomplishments:
lose all of the ridiculous 20 pounds I gained since October 07... while maintaining any strength gained over that time.
Burn off a couple more excess pounds and get some abs to show.
Get more well defined, bigger, and stronger.
I also intend to reach my goals without supplements that are specifically designed for weight loss or muscle (mass) gain... besides Protein i guess

Goal (Long):
get back down to my normal weight and enhance from there. I want my abs to show better than they ever have... I want all cuts to show better actually. I want to at least maintain my bench press while decreasing my weight. I'm looking to get my arms back to the point they would be at if I had maintained the pace I should have. Also want my back to be stronger and more toned.
In the end, I want all the places my Baby really likes to be better... Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps, Back, and Legs... hol' up... is that entire body?? ...oh well... I want my whole body to be better then lol...
Well today I ran around my park. it's about 2.17 miles or so... (my friend "google earth"-ed it for me one day). So i received a challenge that I couldn't complete the run in less than 20 mins. and was given the expected time of 21mins 09secs for me to complete it lol. I completed it...
Babe, you can't drop that much weight that fast. 2 lb. a week at best. Make your goal an "inch" goal. measure yourself on an empty stomach and every week measure that same spot upon waking. Use that to gauge your progress.
