Kinda ruff....I just came back off of vaca and kinda had a litle bit too much fun with the family.Think i did some damage just have to get back into the gym and go hard but its kind of hard you know since you put in all that work and then over a couple of days you can mess things up. Enough of me though ill be ok. How about you hows your training going for you?
