Thanks for the compliment. I've always had a hard time adding mass, so I figure at least I can be lean enough for the muscle I have to show.

Most of the improvements I have seen are in strength. Size increase has been hard to see, but I have been noticing better muscle definition. Doing the warm up and weight acclamation sets as outlined in the program allow me to lift weights on the heavy sets that I can't even lift before the warm up sets. I also like the way the program fits into my time schedule (under an hour).

i am very sorry you did not like my comments on J Smith. my comment was about the man ( which is well documented and undisbutable) and not the church itself. i would not ever dislike any one because of his faith. i wish you the best in your body building goals.
