freestyle87 I think I just trained myself to do it. When I add all my food up its a lot of food just low calories and carbs. I'm trying to stay lean and get stronger but it's so hard. I'm trying to tweak a few things to see if that will help I'm trying to get deeper cuts and get my lower abs to come in. freestyle87 I think 215 is to much for me I couldn't eat e nough to get there and then trying to stay lean I don't think I can. I wanna try and find a way to get my cuts a little deeper, I have no idea how. I also probably need to cut back on cardio then work on my chest May 8, 2012 9:46pm

freestyle87 What days do you do cardio on? I think if or when I hit 200 I don't know if that will be good or bad. The next weight class is 215 so I would be stuck in the middle somewhere. But I think I would start getting fat at that weight May 8, 2012 7:25pm
