Overall Goal: Happily TAKEN in an amazing relationship with the man of my dreams! Off-Season for now but still training hard, highly motivated, and eating clean.
Fit Status:
I am training hard, eating clean, and focusing on abs and glutes.
I have always trained off and on but not as serious as I am training now. I am a huge fan of Oxygen Magazine and it has inspired me to train harder. I realized what I wanted (to create MY dream body) and decided to put my plan into action.
Why I Love It:
I love the fact that everyone can transform their body if they choose too. If it was easy everybody would be doing it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep pictures on my refrigerator, I use as visuals to help me keep focused and remind me what I am working towards.
BB Accomplishments:
Finally competed 08.15.09 and won 1st place masters 35+ at Pacific USA Naturals. I also got 4th place for open class a. I am very proud of this accomplishment and very grateful for all my blessings, especially FB.

Look at her! Mother of 4! She works a full time job, trains like a freak, motivates, and inspires others. She always takes time to give fitness advice to anyone who asks, and she wants to help people. She is a great example of someone who just decided to change they way they looked and did it all on her own, with no trainers, just some research, a gym membership, and a desire to make it happen. I am so proud to have her as a friend.
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I hurt my back and was down for 2 months, it sucked! I did back exercises lightly and stretches... I didn't like taking the muscle relaxer from the doctor, it made me sleepy. It felt like I got hit in the back with a baseball bat. I'm so glad I'm better.I hurt my back and was down for 2 months, it sucked! I did back exercises lightly and stretches... What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
In my opinion, lifting too heavy without a spotter or not having proper form. Know your limits.
WOW! I had no idea, how hard it is to train for a competition. I have to admit, there are some days I ask myself what am I doing? But then a voice inside keeps telling me that I am doing this for me and I push myself a little harder. This week for some reason maybe it's PMS but I was...
Thanks so much for the compliments. I appreciate the support. I am looking to compete around the summer to give me some time for a nice off season. Good luck with your fitness goals as well. :) Happy Holidays
