Background
I have always trained off and on but not as serious as I am training now. I am a huge fan of Oxygen Magazine and it has inspired me to train harder. I realized what I wanted (to create MY dream body) and decided to put my plan into action.
I love the fact that everyone can transform their body if they choose too. If it was easy everybody would be doing it.

Monday: Back and Biceps/Abs (20 minutes Cardio)
Tuesday: Chest and Triceps (20 minutes Cardio)
Wednesday: Glutes/Abs (20 minutes Cardio)
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Shoulders/Abs (20 minutes Cardio)
Saturday: Legs only
Sunday: Rest Day (but adding 3 at home glutes exercises)
Diet
5:30-6:00 am: Gaspari SuperPump250 (2 scoops)
6:30 am: Weight Training
7:15 am: Cardio (30 Minutes)
8:00 am: M1
Protein Shake
10:30 am: M2
1 cup of Egg Whites (protein)
½ cup of Oatmeal (or 1 cup of shredded wheats)
2:00 pm: M3
4 oz. Chicken breast (or Tuna) with a half of cup of brown rice (or ½ cup yams) and six asparagus spears (or small salad)
5:00 pm: M4
Protein Shake
7:30 pm: M5
(2) 3 oz. chicken breasts (or tuna)
9:30 pm: M6
Protein Shake (or protein pudding)

Posted in Other : Jul 17, 2011 9:53amOh my… It’s here already. I feel like I’ve been prepping forever. J 5 days out and I have done the best I can to create a desirable physique. I did figure before and I have decided to do bikini this go around and it is so different in terms of stage presentation. You have to have a fun, sexy, strong, and confident presence. You need that with figure too but it’s more animated and different. I am excited and nervous. All I can do is the best I can. Posted in Other : Jul 01, 2011 10:32pmWow! Where has the time gone?… As you all know last week was a little challenging and emotional, but I am happy to report this week has been so much better. My brother is feeling a little better (stronger pain meds). J Diet is going great, workout has been kicked up a notch and my suit… working out some bling details but LOVE it! Wanted to wish you all a Happy and safe 4th of July weekend.

It has been hard going into this prep knowing that I chose to do a show in Pittsburgh, PA and God forbid anything happen to my brother while I am away, that will break my heart. I also know my brother would not want me to put my life on hold because he doesn’t feel well. I keep that in mind when I feel tired or need to push myself.
